板材的有关问题

我想请教各位高手一下,就是关于我们经常会在市面上买铁板,而铁板分为冷板与热板,这两种板的本质区别在什么地方?

热轧钢板：机械性能远不及冷加工，也次于锻造加工，但有较好的韧性和延展性
冷轧钢板：由于有一定程度的加工硬化，韧性低，但能达到较好的屈强比，用来冷弯弹簧片等零件，同时由于屈服点较靠近抗拉强度，所以使用过程中对危险没有预见性，在载荷超过许用载荷时容易发生事故

Cold rolled strips have better mechanical properties and surface quality. E.g. Car manufacturers use cold rolled strips to make car bodies.
Hot rolled strips and plates are different products. Plates are mainly from hot rolling. Hot rolled strips are mainly for the cold rolling strips.

Either cold or hot one really depends on your purposes.
