Rapid contact between flame and work piece interface can selectively oxidize surface molecular of plastic work piece and improve wet ability and stick ability of surface so as to increase the adhesion of work piece coating by enhancing surface roughness and polarity of work piece surface.
The manual or robot spraying equipment for exterior ornaments of vehicle, with ground chain or anti-surface chain plus trolley system in transmission and special water spraying room is applicable to spraying top-grade bumpers and skirt of different specifications.

DISK Spraying
“Ω” spray room plus rotary spraying is a kind of spraying method high in efficiency, wide in scope of application and low in cost. The workpieces can be transmitted around the rotary cup along “Ω” tracks through aerial line. The rotary cup can work up and down according to the actual demand of workpiece.
The large workpiece can be coated in the form of aerial transmission, which is a general but practical method. With experience of many years in manufacture of transmission equipment, we can be in our element in such a field.

Curing Room:
   The temperature is decided by your company’s production requirement because of different function of each kind of surface coating of work piece and different sizes of cabinet. Generally speaking, the curing for  metal plastic spraying is within at 150℃-250℃, plastic and wooden furniture is within at 50-100℃. It is normally use CSR rock wool to be the insulating layer for the metal curing. If the metal curing is over 250℃, it will be needed to add the aluminum silicate wool with favorable heat-preservation. The plastic and wooden furniture generally use low-density CSR wool. The surface and bile is produced with SS41 cold board and SGP galvanized board. The interior bile is also made of various model stainless steel with perfect structure, excellent heat preservation, wide application, especially for coating. We will design a full set of equipment according to your requirement for coating.
