Tail section : to include 400 dia.winged tall pulley ,50mm dia.shaft ,ball bearings,300mm screw take-up all assembled on formed channel frame to bolt to intermediate section of conveyor.
Conveyor frame :150mm formed channel frame ,5mm thick steel with heavy pipe dividers.
Troughing idler: 20 degrees 100mm dia.rolls,ball bearings,spaced on 900mm centers with two idlers mounted at impact roller bearings spaced on 3m centers,idlers greaseable from either side.
Power requirements :0.75kw.
