<p><font face="Times New Roman">此流程以pro/e2000i为操作背景，文中所用ab123为范例文件名称，无特殊意义。在实际分模过程中，可根据自己需要取相对应的名称。） <br/>一、 新建一个assembly文件（ab123_com）</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">1、 载入ab123.prt</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">component→assemble→选取ab123.prt</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">2、 建立ab123_bass.prt文件</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">component→creat→在component creat对话框中，type栏选part, sub-type栏选solid，输入文件名ab123_bass。在弹出的creation options对话框中选中 creat first feature选项→ok</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">→surface→copy→done→solid surface</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">选画面上的零件→done→ok</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">整个零件转为surface。</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">3、 将ab123_bass.prt文件转为实体，并建立基准面、基准坐标系。</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">(将零件先转为surface再转为part，是为了以后在原始零件所做的修改都</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">能反映到molding中。）</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">关闭当前窗口，从内存中打开ab123_bass.prt文件。</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">feature→creat→solid→protrusion→use quilt→solid→done</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">选窗口中的ab123_bass零件，将其转为实体；</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">建立基准面，视工件形状而定，方便分模时排位；</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">建立基准坐标系（3 planes），确定x、y、z轴方向，方便分模时排位；</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">存盘退出。</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">二、 建立mold文件（ab123_m20）</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">1、 建立基准面（基准坐标系统）</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">feature→mold assem→datum→plane→offset</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">x、y、z方向均输0，自动生成基准坐标系。</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">2、 载入ab123_bass文件</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">mold mode→refpart layout→creat 出现layout 对话框</font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman">a、 点选refrence m&gt;&gt;&gt;..............[script]null[/script] </font></p>
