摘　要:分析了大型、高压、低温绕管换热器的结构特点,找出了焊接的三大难点:即奥氏体不锈钢焊
接接头的低温韧性如何保障;大型紫铜绕管芯体的现场对接;不锈钢管板与紫铜管异种金属的焊
接。针对难点进行了一系列的试验研究。完成12 项焊接工艺评定,并用于生产,完成了出口美国
产品的制造。

Welding between Shell and Core Bar of Large - scale Heat Exchanger
at High Pressure and Low Temperature

Abstract esign feature of large - scale heat exchanger at high pressure and low temperature was analysised in
this paper. To protect the toughness of low temperature about welding joint ,field docking of large sized core bar
made of red copper ,welding between stainless tube plate and red copper pipe were the difficult of welding. A
series of test , - 196 ℃impact test of stainless welding joint , - 196 ℃fatigue test of red copper pipe welding
joint ,expansion joint between stainless plate and red copper pipe ,silver brazing ,high pressure and low temper2
ature property test of argon - arc welding joint were taken on to solve the problem.Qualification of welding pro2
cedure was finished.

　　1999 年,开封空分集团公司为美国某空分公司
制造了一台大型液氧换热器,外形如图1 (a) 。其总
高度为22 m,外径ª113 m,重达80 t 。外壳材质为
不锈钢(0Cr18Ni9) ,壁厚45 mm。内部为紫铜绕管换
热芯体。最高工作压力10111 MPa ,最低设计温度为
- 196 ℃,其主要技术参数见表1。
合同中要求按ASME 美国锅炉及压力容器技术
规范, GB150 —98《钢制压力容器》, GB151 —89《管壳
式换热器》设计制造,并要求换热器内部清洁度达A
- A 级。换热器要作模拟工况- 196 ℃的低温疲劳
试验等特殊要求, 且产品制造过程中由美国专家现
场监造。
