摘 要：固定管板换热器中折流板与简体内壁焊接的结构能有效防止设备运行中管束的振动损伤，介绍了在对采用这种结构的
某进口固定管板换热器进行国产化制造的过程中，由于结构空间限制所必须的制造技术。

Abstract In fixed tubesheet heat exchanger，the structure of baffle welded to cylinder can effectively prevent the tube bundles from damage resulting
from vibration in performance．The manut~tcture technology of this structure in view of the limit of the space used in the process of one fixed tubesheet heat
exchanger based on the type of imported one was introduced in this article．

某化工装置中的汽一汽换热器为立式固定管板
不锈钢换热器，设计压力为2．334 MPa，设计温度为
262℃ ，公称直径DN1 400，高约1400 mm，共有23
块折流板，为进口设备。设备运行一段时间后，换热
管和折流板会因为振动而严重磨损，因此该设备采
用所有折流板与简体焊接的方法来保证设备的长期
稳定运行。
为了实现该设备的国产化，设计单位对其进行
了重新设计，使其材料、制造、检验符合国内有关标
准，特别强调了折流板与简体的焊接要求。
