制造托辊用的钢管应采用专用托辊钢管，不要使用无缝钢管，因管壁厚度不均允。

<P>托辊管从用无缝管发展到用专用高频焊管；</P>
<P>轴从台阶轴到冷拔轴；</P>
<P>轴承座从铸铁座、冲压座到冲压座（焊接）；</P>
<P>密封形式从单层密封到多重密封；</P>
<P>轴承由球轴承发展到球轴承、滚锥轴承多种形式。</P>
<P>看起来不起眼的机械加工件，要做好也不是那么容易的。</P>

<>但如果设计通用托辊，考虑的要多些，结构设计需考虑加工工艺。</P>
<>托辊性能有几个指标需关注：</P>
<P>（1）托辊的使用寿命，各国标准规定的托辊使用寿命不尽相同，但大多数都在20000小时以上；</P>
<P>国外先进水平已达到5万小时以上，有的已达到9万小时。</P>
<P>（2）运行阻力系数，该系数是决定带式输送机运行阻力的主要因素；</P>
<P>国内外较好的托辊的旋转阻力可以达到0.5N。</P>
<P>（3）托辊重量。</P>
<P>当然提高输送机托辊的使用寿命、降低运行阻力系数，托辊的密封性能、设计及加工精度、轴承质量、高耐磨管壳都是要考虑的。</P>
<P>2楼的托辊是现在普遍采用的形式，9楼斑竹的总结值得初学者思考，初学者可收集各种</P>
<P>的托辊结构图，从加工工艺、材料等各方面分析托辊结构的变化（搞清为什么）。</P>

小弟愚见,有380毫米长的通体吗,4毫米的管壁厚度也许不够
