职位描述：

Main Tasks & Responsibilities/职位说明

1、Production Technical Equipment and Tool Maintenance production industrialization and operation tools. Prepare

reports on present tool capability, debug and approve and new tools , make

working efficiency.

2、Product Technical

Be concerned with technical analysis of the production and set up

evaluation measure.

3、Resource Management

   Fit out Dept. staff based on company budget and development

   Organize Dept. staff have enough ability to carry out working plan.

   In charge of whole Dept. personnel   performance   access.

   Control  Dept. cost  and expend make it approach budget.

4、Budget Set up

Dept budget including personal and lay


   Education/Experience/Skills Others Required所需学历/经验/技能/其它:

   1、At  least  three  years  practical  tool design working experience in

   product company.

   2、Excellent  analysis  ability  and  good  at  giving audience to tools

   problem.

   3、Good  interpersonal  and  communication  skills,  can work under high

   pressure.

   4、Good command of English in speaking and writing.

   5、Bachelor degree majored in machine.
