ug转ansys无法划分网格:
ug车架三维图转ansys无法划分网格,纵梁与横梁接触部分定义为共线,但转到ansys不能划分网格,或勉强划分但接触部分的网格不连续,似乎纵梁与横梁之间有间隙.反复检查三维图,图形完全约束,实体拉伸没有问题,也更改了ug 的距离公差,但都没有效果.错误提示如下:
1    Volume 1 can not be meshed.11 locations found where non-adjacent boundary triangles touch. geometry configuration may not be valid or smaller element size fefinition may be required.
2    The wireframe display option does not detect crossing lines. The creation of entities with corssing lines will not generate an error message until the area is used in a volume command,summed,or plotted with /facet,[fine,norm,coar]
