下面是警告框的内容，以前可以正常使用。元旦后就打不开了。

许可证失败.不能接通许可证服务器....中文翻译没有注册...
看来是没有彻底解密,只好重装了.

这种问题我没有遇到过，楼主是不是将许可证文件给删除了，或者网卡变了。重新生成一下许可证看看吧！
