第一步：

夹持回程皮带带芯钢丝绳，位置尽量靠近需要更换的滚筒。
注意：对于爬坡或下坡皮带来说，您可使用多个皮带夹，可牢靠夹持皮带防止夹持不牢靠遭成打滑。
                       将皮带夹进行牢靠锚接固定，也可直接将其直接固定到输送机支架的坚固部件上或其它可
                       靠的锚接锁链上。具体参考输送机设计图纸。
第二步：In the vicinity of the pulley to be removed, clamp the top strand at a distance suited to the winching equipment available,winch in the clamp to pull slack out of the section of conveyor between return clamp and top strand clamp and securely tie the clamp to an adequately strong part of the conveyor structure or other suitable anchor.


第三步：

最后，确保皮带松弛地环绕在滚筒表面，这时就可以拆卸掉滚筒了。

First step:
a.        Clamp the steel cord of return belt, as much as close to the pulley which to be replaced.
Note: for cline or descending belt, several belt clamps may be used, clamp the belt to avoid belt sliding.
Fix and anchor the belt clam, or directly fix it to the rigid parts of conveyor frame, or fix it to anchoring chains. For detail, please refer to drawings.

最后，确保皮带松弛地环绕在滚筒表面，这时就可以拆卸掉滚筒了。
Finally, ensure the belt surround the surface of pulley in loosen condition, then the pulley can be disassembled.
