职位说明	保质保量完成公司的设计任务，跟踪工厂完成制造，并跟踪售后服务的全面工作。
岗位职责	1、 将经理布置的设计工作有序化，具体化，细节化，被授权全面负责设计，外协，选型，验收，发货，售后等一揽子工作。 2、 按照管理层下达的设计任务，负责制定技术方案，准备技术文件，自行设计或与合作单位共同设计，完成初步设计工作。 3、 指导工厂完成加工制造和调试工作，安排发货及售后服务。 4、 监督业务工作流程与管理制度的执行与落实，提高内部效率 5、 业务所属部门各类档案的建立和规范管理 6、 主动与客户接触中发掘新产品，并参与产品系统开发，整合和商业化转化
工作权限	1. 1、在总经理授权范围内，有对具体业务操作执行的决定权；
	2. 2、根据业务量的需要和人力情况，有权力合理分配客户资源
	3. 3、对给公司作出重要贡献、业绩突出或违反公司制度或对部门工作造成严重影响的行为，有处理建议权。
任职资格	1. 大学本科以上学历，熟练应用计算机及办公设备；熟练使用绘图软件3D-WORKS. 2. 1年以上经验，独立主持过部件以上的产品开发，制造及服务工作； 3. 较强的组织能力、沟通能力和应变能力。 4. 强调“独挡一面，自我推进”的工作态度和能力。
