Position:
Manager of Engineering （Changzhou）

Report to      Manager Cylinder Focus Factory

Our client was founded in 1886 in German, provides a complete range of best-in-class products, systems and services for drive, control and motion technologies.

Major technologies include: Industrial Hydraulics, Electric Drives and Controls, Linear Motion and Assembly Technologies, Pneumatics, Service Automation, Mobile Hydraulics.

Requirements

1.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, understand Hydraulic at least

2.
5 years experience on Design/Engineering, at least 5 designed specific projects, excellent in using CAD-Systems and Pro-E

3.
3 years experience on Manufacturing Process, including material, welding, heat treatment, surface treatment, machining and assembly, etc.

4.
3 years experience on Management, as a group leader of around 7 members

5.
Good experience on Customer Communication

6.
Fluent English speaking and writing

Job Descriptions

1. Develop Design Engineers

2. Arrange daily job, follow Engineering planning

3. Set up engineering process

4. Set up Engineering Technical Standards (localization & standardization)

5. Improve Engineering ability and quality

6. Set up engineering network with Lead Plants and Manufacturing Plants worldwide

7. Support Engineering approval from Customer

8. Support Production

9. Support Sales

10. Support Customer Service
