Location : Shanghai

Key responsibility：
report to maintenance manager of CHO to work towards the objectives and goals of maintenance department.

(1)
Contribute to set up maintenance system and prepare forms, procedures and regulations for maintenance activities,
(2)
Assist to set up maintenance team for maintenance contract.
(3)
Provide recommendations to maintenance manager as appropriate.
(4)
Able to perform maintenance audit on site based on related regulation, norm and criteria.
(5)
Support branches to develop maintenance business on behave of maintenance manager.
(6)
Able to be the temporary site manager before found right candidate for maintenance contract.
(7)
Ability to train maintenance staffs and members from other department.
(8)
Complete other job assigned by maintenance manager
(9)
Provide expertise input to improve maintenance management .
(10)


Qualifications and competencies required：
l
College diploma or above
l
Major in one of HVAC, water supply & sewerage, chemical mechanical, mechanical or mechatronics with at least 8 years experience in plant maintenance, facilities management or project management and a JV experience would be an advantage.
l
Customer-oriented sense and teamwork spirit.
l
Good English reading and writing skill, basic oral English skill will be preferable.
l
Working knowledge of computer skills in Windows and Microsoft Office.
l
Self motivated, hard working and good health.
l
Flexible to travel often in Mainland China
l
Good communication skills
l
Able to travel in China
