Job Description:
Our plant is expanding and installing a new powder glass enamel plant.
We require a science or engineering graduate, preferably with experience in glass enamel coating and plastic powder coating of steel, to provide technical support for new surface finish plant.

The main requirement for this position is to provide technical support for set up and operation to ensure the plant produces cooking hob and smoke sucker panels with high quality enamel and powder coat finish. Application of graphics to enamel and stainless steel panels using silk screening and pad printing will also come under this position.

Job Requirement:
A Science or Engineering graduate with chemistry and material surface treatment majors and work experience in either or both enamel and powder coating of steel will be highly regarded. The enamel plant consists of a wash and dry section, two coat powder application and firing furnace. The plastic powder coat plant has wash and dry sections, powder application and firing oven. The position will require the ability to solve technical problems that cause quality defects and variations in the enamel surface finish and monitor plant conditions and output. It will be essential that the applicant can work effectively with production personnel to provide the technical direction they need to operate the plant and also with maintenance personel to direct them in what is required to maintain the plant.
